Next Things

I want to share some little, personal impressions about the side-steps of Salt & Wonder.
For a while, any travel has captivated me, and this trip to Iceland was no different. The landscape absorbed me into a feeling of pure calmness and lit up my memories, recalling times in New Zealand.
With our tiny Toyota, we were not really prepared for Iceland’s wild roads, yet we collected fun memories and good feelings all the way: Lonely fishing villages and being chased by wild horses. Marking our car drives by the number of empty licorice packages. Getting lost on wrong roads between icebergs, waterfalls and deserts, and waking up in a tent surrounded by fog in the middle of nowhere.
I can’t describe this impressive country in a few phrases, that’s why I am excited to announce Issue 02 — Nordic Cuisine from Reykjavik.
Yours,
Anna
